Nutella Cheesecake Brownies

My friends, I have found the way. What way, you may be asking? The way. The only way. The single handily best way to combine butter, cream cheese, and stick to your butt Nutella spread into a tiny little compact morsel of goodness. Guess what? It takes about three minutes to whip up! Guess what else? No brownie mix in your cupboard? That’s ok! Cake mix works perfectly in this “I need to gain ten pounds” inspired treat!

Like I said, this all starts with a simple cake mix. Don’t worry, I’ll cholesterol-ify it later.

After you combine the cake mix, butter, oil, and egg, pat the mixture down into a greased 9×13 pan. It will be ridiculously thick. Do not fear, the thickness is a good thing. It will ensure that these bad boys…stick to your hips. (and to your heart). Basically, these will be hard to forget about.

Next, combine a whole package of cream cheese, a 1lb. of sugar, vanilla, and two eggs. I’m giggling already.

Dear nutella, aka “fancy shmancy people spread,” I love you will all of my being. I’m so thankful that you do not contain any artificial colors or preservatives. Thank you for making nutella an easy choice for healthy living. (HAH!)

  6. Let cool. Refrigerate for an hour for easier cutting.
  7. When cutting, place knife in hot water, wipe off, and cut. Repeat for each cut. This will ensure clean edges and pretty presentation!

Bake them, cool them, cut them, love them, feel them, cry about the weight you gained from this amazingly delicious treat, try to lose weight, make them again, gain it back, cry, lose it again, make them again, give up, make them twice, and last but not least, revel in your own deliciousness.
